DELIVERY

Shipping is $6 for 1 Bottles within New Zealand. 

Delivery in New Zealand is by Courier Post. All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged.

Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a person under the legal drinking age. If you wish to have your goods left unattended, you will need to specify this in the Delivery Instructions section of the shopping cart.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your order arrives in poor condition or damaged in any way please contact us immediately and we will put it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We love our products but note that the taste of spirits and liqueurs is subjective and as such we can not offer returns for any products that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or smell.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS

Please note: All shipments overseas may be subject to duty/taxes in the country that they are destined for and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders over a certain value and/or being sent to certain countries may require further proof of identity and/or be subject to payment by direct bank transfer.

Once goods sent from M87 Ltd leave New Zealand we take NO further responsibility for their safe arrival.  Experience has shown us that despite our best efforts, the way our parcels are treated varies immensely from country to country so we do not refund/replace or take any action for lost, damaged, missing or stolen goods once they leave New Zealand.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor will change be given should item/s purchased be lesser than the Gift Voucher value.
